Happy Easter!!!

We spent a solid 5 days in DeBordieu and had a blissfully fantastic time. We picked up Zach on Friday and enjoyed to full days with him. Tommy enjoyed his time with Zach, as did we. Here the Egerer's sit out in he gazebo looking out over whole #2 and the alligators swimming below. Zach's first time holding Heidi. He looks like a natural!

All three Turkeys:)

The boys took the time to dye some Easter eggs and Tommy immidiately got green dye one his new shirt. Woops.

Saturday morning was the Easter egg hunt and brunch. Tommy took a little bit to warm up to EB but he watched all of the other kids doing it and decided EB couldn't be all that bad. His morning brunch consisted of one green sprinkle cupcake. Oy.

Anticipating the Egg hunt.
Tommy went in for the kill. He wasn't all that in to is as he was distracted by the idea of golf. Daddy bought him a real set of "kwubs" and he loves them!

The Egerer's were off to play 9 wholes. we all went, Tommy peed on the course and took a couple of nice swings.

Heidi came too!!! Notice the car seat")

Happy St. Patty's Day

It was a funfilled weekend for the Egerer's and Heim's! We opted out of running the half marathon and went for the much easier 8k run. We had a fun race and followed it up with a celebratory beer. Yummy! Tommy, Paige and Mac had a blast together. They stayed up late, didn't nap and thoroughly exhausted one another.

The kids were off with their dad's to go on a tour of the jet fleet here in VA Beach. Big thanks to Lt. Commander T. Ricciardella for the time and fun. The kids and dads loved it.

Tommy got to try on Mr. Teds helmet, as did Paige and Mac.

They did some working out in the sun room to work off some of that good solid kid energy. Like parents like kids!

They did a lot of playing outside as it was a gorgeous weekend here.
Tommy loves his big cousin Mac!

We were out to lunch for a little Mexican food. Had to put this picture in as it was one of the few of little Shep and I had to share his cuteness too!
Notice I am looking a little weathered. I am pretty sure I was on beer #8 at this point in the day.

Batter Up!

It was a beautiful day here yesterday so we spent quite a lot of time outside playing. Fred set up Tommy's birthday gift from his Aunt Susan and we spent the latter part of the afternoon playing ball! I think Tommy had more fun chasing after the ball once he hit it than he did actually hitting the ball. It is nice to feel Spring coming in to the air. BTW, our big guy is FINALLY potty trained. Took long enough...

Daddy joined the fun!

Duke wanted to make an appearance as well!
