Tubby Time for my Turkeys

After our uber long bike ride in the early afternoon both babies were ready for a cleanse. For maximum efficiency Tommy hops in the shower and Heidi in the tubby. It works well for me, plus they both love the time respectively. Heidi was enamored with the water coming out of the faucet, she thought it was the greatest. Tommy still continues his love for streaking around the house, note pictures will not be posted due to dreams of our 3 year old as POTUS, we don't want to out the goods!!! Tommy continues to be super sweet to his little sister and tells her that he loves her and that she is cute. I enjoy watching him. He is going to be quite the ladies man!

Ahh, the faucet, amazing...
Peeking out for a hello!

Taking a little sipsies!

Just Hangin

We had a really nice weekend here in VA Beach. We were busy with Tommy's soccer game, PSU wins and golf. Tommy came and golfed with mommy and daddy today while stayed home and played with the babysitter. There isn't much to tell other than I was bored and wanted to take some pictures... Heidi did however take a liking to Duke this evening so I caught her in action with the woof woof! Enjoy!

It's a Heidi Sandwich

Tommy had soccer practice last night so Miss Amy brought her camera in to take pictures of her boys and with that she got these. Little Luke backed up right into Heidi with his poopy diaper and this is what followed! The one where Heidi has her hands in the air and is smiling hard makes it look like she is getting her groove on. It made me laugh. That's my girl!!! Whoop, Whoop!

Tommy's First Soccer Game and Goal!!!

Let me start this entry by saying that Criss Cross will make you wanna jump jump. Tommy is bringing back the backward pant. He put them on himself and told me that he was silly.

Went rode our bikes to the part down the street, all the Egerer's took the opportunity to do a little monkey-ing around!!!

This picture of Fred and the kids made me laugh out loud. Tommy is doing his usual face but what got me was Heidi's leg in the air. All I could think was Dear God it is me all over again! Here we go!!!

Here Coach Mario is giving the kids a pep talk before the game. Tommy was ready to go!!!

He took control of the ball and went for it. I have to tell you I felt a little soccer momish when he got the ball, I was screaming super loud. So fun!!!

He ran over to the sidelines and yelled, "I did it mom!" He was so excited and I couldn't help be elated as well. Unfortunately, Fred couldn't be there so I called him immediately to tell him the great news!!!

At the end of the game the parents line up and make a tunnel for the kids to run under. I think they enjoyed that more than the actual game!

They finished and came in for some snacks. It was a wicked hot day so all the kids were sweaty, red faced and ready for naps!

TO DC, Haymarket VA and Back

The Egerer's were off for a quick jaunt to the DC area to say farewell to our dear friends Meg and Murray, as the up and move to NYC. We stayed at Uncle Scott's new loft for an overnight then pressed on to Haymarket, VA the next morning for a surprise birthday party. It was a fun chaotic weekend and the kids had a blast. Tommy took a four hour nap this afternoon if that tells you anything!

The kids proudly wore their Penn State gear as PSU gave Oregon a whoopin!
